14.3 HANDS
Red roan. Smooth gaites. Had beautiful colt (STORMY) from “RAGIN
CAJUN”. Good disposition, experienced trail horse.
Looking for a McCurdy
filly/mare to see America with and maybe some endurance
later. Want a coming 3yr old up to 6 yr old, training not
necessary but would be nice to be able to see under saddle
gaits. Personality a must, people friendly, some brio or
presence, a Good to Great running walk that can be done
naturally barefoot. Color is not as important as gait,
personality, presence and conformation. maybe 14.3 to 15.2
hands. I am on a budget but cannot wait for a yearling to grow
up. This will be a very good home for riding purposes not
breeding...just like mares.

Lone Star McCurdy
Registered McCurdy mare, 10 years old, 14'3, 1200
lbs. Star is a sturdy sound mare that has been trail ridden
2 to 4 times a week. She has been barefoot since I've owned
her for 3 years. She is very willing to go. Rides alone and
never has had a problem riding with other horses. She has
excellent ground manners. Bathes, clips, loads, stands. She
gets along with any horse I've had her pastured with. $3500
We are going to be traveling and may be locating to the West
coast, so I have made a decision to sell my horses. A good
home is most important.
Ragin Cajun
and Ruby. Red Roan, 15 hands. Well gaited and smooth.
Gentle. Now in training. Mostly black with white rear
stockings and white star. Beautiful head, sweet disposition.
